7.1.4.1. Display Type
Use the Display Type options to set the format of the Composite video output. Select
SettingsDisplayDisplay Type, and use the arrow buttons and then press
ENTER to select either option.

Press ENTER to open the Display Type pop-up menu that contains the following
options:
Option How it Works
NTSC Sets the Composite video output to NTSC format.
PAL
Sets the Composite video output to PAL format when the Digital Video
Resolution is set to a value other than Auto.
Note: Display Type will default to NTSC format if the Digital Video Resolution (see
Section
7.1.4.3 ) is set to Auto.
7.1.4.2. HDMI Preferred Format
The HDMI Preferred Format is a read-only field that displays the resolution of the
monitor connected via the DVI/HDMI connector. Select SettingsDisplay
TypeHDMI Preferred Format, and then press ENTER to view the field.
