To play all new messages:

Press

P L AY

quickly to hear all new messages one by one through the loud-

speaker. While playing messages you can press:

P L AY

quickly to skip to the next message.

P L AY

for two seconds to stop the playing of the messages.

D E L E T E

quickly to delete the current message.

A short beep is sounded on completion.

D E L E T E

for two seconds to delete all messages.

A short beep is sounded on completion.

You can adjust the loudspeaker volume by pressing the

VO L U M E

U P

or

VO L U M E

D O W N

button on the base station.

Playing back new messages via handset menus

This menu option is only available if there are new messages on the answering

machine.

To play back new messages:

and press

xx Messages in mailbox

is displayed where xx is the total number of new mes-

sages recorded.

Wait a short while.
The day and time of the first new message is displayed.
The caller’s number is displayed if it was provided during the recording of
the message. If the caller’s number is included in your handset phone
book, the corresponding name is displayed instead.

If required, use

or

D O W N

to select the message you want to play.

The selected message is displayed. It is played back after a short pause. If
you press

Y E S

it is played immediately.

4.

Listen to the recorded message. If there is another message, it is played
automatically. While listening you can press:

VO L U M E

D O W N

to skip to the next message.

VO L U M E

U P

to replay the current message.

VO L U M E

U P

twice to replay the previous message.

to delete the current message.

Press

N O

to stop.
