- Check that IP Routing is enabled at the local and the

remote end.

- Make sure he IP addresses of the local and remote

networks belong to different IP sub networks.

- Make sure that there is an existing route to the remote

network.

- Make sure that there is a route back from the remote

network.

- Be sure to reboot the Modem if you have made any

changes with configuration.
