11.6 Sides of the device
Control/component Function
3.5 mm stereo headphone jack ! Connect the supplied headphones or any standard 3.5 mm stereo
headphones.
Volume buttons ! Press to adjust the volume level of the speakers or the connected
headphones. (See 3.5 Adjusting the volume level for details.)
Mute button ! Press to mute or un-mute the speakers.
Micro-B USB 2.0 port ! Connect the supplied AC adapter/charger to charge the battery.

11.7 Internal smart card, antenna, and vibrator
Control/component Function
Smart card slot ! Contains the preinstalled smart card that is needed for activating
the device. Do not open the slot cover or remove the smart card
from the slot. Doing so may void your warranty. Contact a
customer service representative if you need assistance with smart
card replacement.
Internal antenna ! Enables reception of high-speed wireless multimedia via the FLO
TV Network.
Vibrator ! Enables the device to vibrate when issuing reminder notifications.
Micro-B USB 2.0 port ! Connect the supplied AC adapter/charger to charge the battery.
