Memory Card Formats
If you have a memory card, you (or the system administrator)
decide the format names. The format number is determined
by the order you save or download the formats to the memory
card. Make a copy of the following table and complete it for
each memory card you use. For information about using a
memory card, refer to the instructions that came with it.
1. Insert the memory card.
2. From the Main menu, select Batch Entry.
3. From Format Type, select Memory Card.
4. Use

to display each format, starting with the first. The
first format displays a > on the screen, for example

5. Write down each format name, and the order in which it
appears on the menu.
