Define each sub-field as discussed in section 3, "Entering a
Format."
When defining a sub-field in Format Entry, you must also
answer the following prompts.

Type the number of the field you want to copy the data from.
Continue to define the field until you see

Enter B or A and press E .
A = Use the data after it is formatted for printing.
B = Use the data as it is entered at data entry.
