Transferring a call
Use this option to transfer a call, or to conference in a third party.
1. Press the
Transfer key to put the first caller on hold.
The letter R is displayed on the bottom line of the
display, and a special dial tone sounds.
2. Use the dialpad to dial the phone number of the third
party.
or
3. Choose one of the following:
• Press the
Transfer
key to conference in the first
caller.
• Press the
Hook
key to transfer the call.
