Setting Thick Paper, OHP Transparencies, or Envelopes
To print using the One Sheet Bypass tray, set the paper type using the printer
driver and the control panel.
Important
❒ To set the paper type for the One Sheet Bypass tray, the settings using the
printer driver and the control panel must be the same. If the settings for the
printer driver and the machine do not correspond, printing cannot be done.
❒ When loading an OHP transparency onto the One Sheet bypass tray, set the
sheet in the K direction. Do not try to set the sheet in the L direction.
❒ OHP Transparencies can only be printed in A4 K or 8 1 /
2
× 11 K sizes. Do not
print on any other size.
❒ When printing OHP Transparencies, use the printer driver and control panel
to set the output colour. OHP Transparencies cannot be printed in B&W.

Select [System Settings] using {T} or {U}, and then press the {OK} key.

Select [Tray Paper Settings] using {T} or {U}, and then press the {OK} key.
