If you cannot correct the problem by taking the above actions, please contact
your service representative.
The machine cannot detect
the original size.
Set custom size original on the exposure glass.
Input the both horizontal and vertical sizes of the custom original.

Select paper manually, not in Auto Paper Select mode.
Do not use Auto Reduce/Enlarge mode.
Set your originals.
