5-1 Phase Contrast Observation
}A phase contrast objective, phase contrast optical element and the U-CT30 centering telescope are required for phase
contrast observation (the U-BI90CT binocular observation tube .is not required).
}If a DIC slider, analyzer or polarizer is engaged in the light path, disengage it.
