Repeating an Auto Attendant OGM
To repeat an Auto Attendant
OGM:
1 While listening to an Auto Attendant
OGM, the caller can press the corre-
sponding number again to repeat
the OGM from the beginning.
To repeat the main menu:
1 While listening to an Auto Attendant
OGM, the caller can press “9” to
repeat the main menu.
The caller can repeat the Auto Attendant OGMs
1-8 by pressing the corresponding button.
Likewise, the caller can repeat the Zero-Out
message by dialing “0” again, so if you have a
long Zero-Out message it may be a good idea to
end it with a phrase such as “To repeat this mes-
sage, press “0”.
At any time while listening to the AA Day OGM or
AA Night OGM, the caller can press “9” to repeat
the message. So at the end of your Auto
Attendant Day or Night message, you might
include a phrase such as “To repeat this mes-
sage, press “9”.
The caller may also press “9” during any Auto
Attendant OGM to return to the main menu. So
you may also wish to include a phrase in your
other Auto Attendant OGMs such as “To go back
to the main menu press “9”.
