8x1 Regeneration Taps

2

Inline or Span Ports

Models are available for either inline or Span deployments. Inline models

tap one link and create eight copies of the traffic traveling in one direction

on the link, plus eight copies of the traffic traveling in the other direction. A

monitoring tool with two NICs has visibility of the full duplex traffic at full

link bandwidth.

Span models act as two independent regeneration functions, with eight copies

created for the traffic from two separate Span ports or external taps.
