Proceed systematically when looking for the
cause of a fault. In doing so also refer to the
operating instructions for the electric motor
and control unit(s).
If you cannot find the defect or eliminate the
faulty condition, please contact our after-sales
service.
Before calling us, please note the following:
- The more accurately you describe the fault, the better
we can help you.
- Have the operating instructions close to hand.
- Note down the serial number of your equipment.
