FINE limit for impedance 1

1 to 10 MOhm

10.0 MOhm

When Impedance 1

is “high*.”

In the case of

“low,” use the value

of Impedance 1

high/low limit in

Impedance settings.

FINE limit for impedance 2

1 to 10 MOhm

10.0 MOhm

When Impedance s

is “high*.”

In the case of

“low,” use the value

of Impedance 2

high/low limit in

Impedance settings.

*:

In the case of FU20F pH/ORP SENCOM sensors, Impedance 1 is high and Impedance 2 is low.
