On Windows Vista
1. Click Control Panel on the Windows Start menu.
The Control Panel appears.
2. Click Allow a program through Windows Firewall.
The User Account Control dialog box appears.
3. Click Continue.
The Windows Firewall Settings dialog box is displayed.
