Answering system operation
Answering system overview
Message capacity
The answering system can record up to 99
messages, depending on the length of each
message. Individual messages can be up to three
minutes long, and the total maximum recording
time is 19 minutes. Messages remain available for
replay until you delete them.
If the recording memory is full, the message
window displays
F. Delete some messages to
make room for more.
Voice prompts
Each time you press an answering system key, the
answering system uses voice prompts to guide you.
Message guard™ memory for power failure
Protects against the loss of messages in the event
of a power failure.
