hprmcli exch nbucleanup <backup status> -mdb <mdbname> -t <timestamp>
[-domain <domain name>]

Description

Parameters

Backup completion status in NBU,DP or BE. If backup completed successfully then
backup status will be 1 or else it will be 0.

<backup status>

The name of the mailbox database to back up.

-mdb <mdbname>

The timestamp of the virtual copy to back up.

-t <timestamp>

Specifies the domain to which the mailbox database belongs.

[-domain <domain name>]

Problem:
After volume promote, on some occasions, the volume involved in the restore operation might not
come online.
Suggestion:
From the Disk Management utility of the server, select the volumes involved in Restore operation
and manually make them online.
Problem:
After Repository location change, previously scheduled tasks do not work and they do not appear
in Task Manager List.
Suggestion:
Delete those old tasks from Windows Task Scheduler. Clean up the Recovery Manager Tasks folder
and create those tasks again from the Recovery Manager.
Problem:
If you are trying to uninstall HP 3PAR Recovery Manager for Exchange, sometimes a window
appears prompting for server reboot.

Suggestion:
It is recommended that you click the Cancel button, stop the HP 3PAR Recovery Manager for
Exchange service and HP 3PAR VSS Provider service and then try the uninstallation of the product
again.
Problem:
During Backup operation of a Storage Group, Netbackup Backup job fails with the error Server
status = 42

. This can be verified in the corresponding Netbackup Progress log present under

the directory <installpath>\3par\RM\Exchange\log\NBULog with file name
<StorageGroup_Name>_<VC_Timestamp>.log

.

Suggestion:
Change the Backup Timeout value to 5 minutes. This value can be edited using the command
HpRmCli Exch config
