The specified mailbox database name could not be located in the Active
Directory.
• This error occurs when attempting to remove or mount a virtual copy
when the mailbox database has already been removed or updated
from the Exchange server.
RME5427:ERROR: Unable to
find the specified Mailbox
Database '<Mailbox Database
Name>' in Active Directory. 5427
Remote Copy cannot initiate the synchronization operation. RME5408: ERROR: Remote
Copy is not ready for sync. 5408
•
Check that the Remote Copy volume group is in a "Synced" state,
using the showrcopy CLI command. (Refer to the HP 3PAR InForm
OS CLI Administrator’s Manual for details.)
• Use ProvCfg to check that the primary HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage
System is configured as the default on the primary production server.
(For ProvCfg.exe utility details, refer to the provider's user's guide.)
The Remote Copy volume group could not be located.
•
Use ProvCfg to check that the target HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage
System is configured as the default for the Remote Copy backup
server. (For ProvCfg.exe utility details, refer to the provider's user's
guide.)
RME5412: ERROR: Unable to
locate remote copy group. 5412
Virtual copy verification has failed.
•
Try to verify the virtual copy using the HpRmCli Exch validate
command.
RME5414: ERROR: Virtual copy
verification failed. 5414
bcd.xml is missing for a virtual copy. Therefore, it cannot be mounted
using the HpRmCli Exch mount command.
RME5437: ERROR: Backup
document (bcd.xml) for virtual
copy is missing or is corrupted. 5437
• Clear this virtual copy by running HpRmCli Exch analyze -sync
Therefore, virtual copy cannot
be mounted.
•
If required, mount this virtual copy using HP 3PAR CLI commands.
HP Data Protector did not allow the operation. RME5438: ERROR: Data
Protector Actions:
<DataProtector command error> 5438
•
Check that you have met the prerequisites for using Data Protector
for backup initiated by Recovery Manager.
•
Check that the correct permissions are assigned to Data Protector
backup client users.
The server could not be accessed. RME3231: Error: Server <server
name> is not a valid server or
is not reachable. 3231
•
Check whether the server name and domain name are entered
correctly.
• If the server name and domain name are correct, check whether you
can ping <server name>.
