5.5 What To Do for Other Errors
When the cause of an error may be related to HDLM but is neither a path error nor an
HDLM program error, execute the
DLMgetras
utility, and then report the collected
information to the HDLM vendor or maintenance company if there is a maintenance
contract for HDLM. For details about the
