as possible. Include the circumstances surrounding the error or failure, the XP12000/XP10000 Disk
Array configuration information saved in the floppy disk(s) by the FD Dump Tool, the exact content of
any messages displayed on the Remote Web Console, and the severity levels and reference codes
displayed on the Status tab of the Remote Web Console main pane.
