Use this window to select LDEVs that will be primary volumes.
Description Item
Use Primary Volumes of BC/SS Pairs •
Yes means the system will display only Snapshot primary volumes in the
Available LDEVs table.
• No means the system will not display Snapshot primary volumes in the
Available LDEVs table.

Description Item
LDEV’s identifier LDEV ID
LDEV’s name LDEV Name
Port name of the LDEV’s LUN path. Port ID
A hyphen (-) displays for Business Copy for Mainframe.
Host group name of the LDEV’s LUN path. Host Group Name
A hyphen (-) displays for Business Copy for Mainframe.
LUN ID of the LDEV's LUN path. LUN ID
A hyphen (-) displays for Business Copy for Mainframe.
Provisioning type of the LDEV: Provisioning type

Basic: Internal volume
• DP: DP volume
•
External: External volume
Emulation type of the LDEV Emulation type
Capacity of the LDEV Capacity
CLPR number of the LDEV CLPR
Displays the number of secondary volumes. The number for an L1 pair does not
include the number of L2 secondary volumes (BC only). Number of Secondary Volumes
Displays Information about the primary volume when the LDEV is used as a
secondary volume for an existing pair: Primary Volumes
• LDEV ID: LDEV identifier
