careful of the feed line being near any “HOT” electrical leads, one small spark will destroy the Teflon
liner causing a nitrous leak.

MOUNTING THE NITROUS PLATE:

Before any modifications are made under the hood, we suggest that you make a diagram of all hoses
wiring and linkages.

1. Remove the air filter box by disconnecting the wiring harness to the MAF unit and loosening the clamp

holding the air boot to the throttle body remove the complete air-housing unit as one piece.

2. Remove the mass air flow unit from the air box by loosening both remaining clamps.

3. Using a torx driver, separate the inlet and outlet halves of the MAF sensor. Discard the two stock

housing halves, retain the torx screws, and o-rings, they will be reused.

4. Install the o-rings into the receiver grooves of the inlet and discharge sides of the “Gemini Twin” MAF

unit (pic 9) Install the inlet and discharge sides back onto the stock sensor using the stock torx screws.
Caution should be used not to over tighten these screws.

5. Now reassemble the air box and air tube to the MAF unit.

6. Reinstall the complete unit onto the car.

7. Now install the custom 90’jet fittings Red for fuel and Blue for nitrous. These jet adaptor fittings must be

used.

8. Route the D-3 red and blue lines from the housing to the solenoids.
