Reviewing the Magnetic Track Encoding Options
There are magnetic track encoding options for all 3 tracks.
For the CUPS interface, every track starts with the selection of the encoding mode.
("Track X Encoding Mode").
For command line printing, replace 1 by 2 or 3 to address the other tracks.
Command Line Usage CUPS Options Description
MagTrack1 = <data> - Sets the data for magnetic track 1. The
rules this data depends on the options
selected for track 1.
The only way to encode magnetic data is
the command line, because this parameter
is too complex for the cups interface.
