6.1 Obtaining Schematic Updates
Updates to the schematics for the CK49x Development Board can be found in the Schematics menu
accessed via Start > All Programs > Cirrus Logic DSP > Schematics after installing the Cirrus DSP eval kit
or the Cirrus DSP SDK. The schematics are provided in Adobe’s PDF and PADS
™ format.
The latest schematics are included in Cirrus DSP full eval kit and Cirrus DSP SDK. After installing the eval
kit or the SDK, the schematic and the PADS format .pcb file for the latest revision of the CDB49x base
board can be found in C:\CirrusDSP\schematics\CDB49x_<rev> folder, assuming the SDK or eval kit is
installed into C:\CirrusDSP\ folder.
6.1.1 CK49x Daughter Card Schematics
The daughter card schematics in PDF and PADS formats are available with the evaluation kit installer.
When the Cirrus DSP SDK or the Cirrus DSP full eval kit is installed, the schematics are saved in
C:\CirrusDSP\schematics\CDB49XXXX-DC_<rev>, assuming the SDK or eval kit is installed into the
C:\CirrusDSP\ folder.
6.1.1.1 DC4953xx Daughter Card Modification
Refer to Appendix A for the serial flash related modification on DC4953x3 daughter cards.
