Various settings can be selected for sorting and finishing copies fed into the copy output tray.
0 The staple function is available only if the optional Finisher FS-529 is installed.
0 [Staple] cannot be used together with [Offset].
0 For [Letter/Legal] (mixed original), [Group], and [Staple] options, the way in which any of these options
are prioritized or cancelled depends on the order in which you select these options.

Press [Copy] or the Copy key ö [Finishing].
Settings
[Sort/Group] Specify any settings for finishing outputted copies.
[Sort] When multi-page originals are copied for multiple
sets, copies can be fed out sorted by set of copies.
[Group] When multi-page originals are copied for multiple
sets, copies can be fed out sorted by pages.
[Auto] Select this option to automatically switch between
[Sort] and [Group] depending on the number of
printable sheets per copy.
[Offset]
[Yes] / [No] Specify whether to separate each set of copies from another set in the output tray
when copying multiple sets of multi-page originals. The copies are fed out and
stacked on top of each other with each set shifted to separate it.
This function is available only when the Finisher FS-529 is installed.
