Power.
Using Hand Pump on the Hydraulic Tank on Right side of
Machine
1. Platform retrieval sequence.
Ensure the machine is level and all outriggers are prop-
erly deployed on a firm surface.
a. Remove the electrical components cover on the left
side of the machine and locate the valve tool, black
thumbwheel, and thumbwheel installation screw in
the plastic bag.
b. Slide the thumbwheeel assembly onto the propor-
tional valve stem (item 1 - Figure 5-3.) next to the
electrical engine switch box on the left rear of the
machine.
c. Open the flow valve by turning the thumbwheel in
the clockwise direction until it stops.
d. Locate the pump handle (item 1 - Figure 5-4.)
secured to the side of the turntable on the right side
of the machine.
e. Install the pump handle on the pump (item 1 - Figure
5-4.) and secure in place with the provided screw.
The diverter valve lever (item 2 - Figure 5-4.) on the
pump must be set to the left.
NEVER WORK UNDER AN ELEVATED PLATFORM UNTIL PLAT-
FORM HAS BEEN SAFELY RESTRAINED FROM ANY MOVEMENT BY
BLOCKING OR OVERHEAD SLING.
NEVER REACH THROUGH, UNDER, OR OVER THE BOOM' S PATH
OF TRAVEL TO THE GROUND CONTROL PANEL. IF NO ASSISTANT
IS AVAILABLE, PROCEED WITH THE FOLLOWING STEPS.
