DISA Message
With DISA activated and DISA welcome note recorded, the message is played to every
incoming call whose CLIP is not included in the AutoCLIP table. After playing, the
gateway waits for the first DTMF digit for the time period defined in the Incoming
table. Having received the count of digits defined in GSM calls – DTMF dial timeout
