(4) TRACE MAP setting method

① It will select the control channel by pressing the ENTER switch when nothing

is selected as shown in the Fig 1. The channels are chosen with the

UP/DOWN switch and it is confirmed by pressing the ENTER switch. (CH1,

CH2, and PASS).

② Next, the compensation value (Right figure: CONT+ 2.3) is selected, and the

trace cursor begins blinking and it will be able to change the settings. During

the 3D screen display, since the cursor is tracing based on the XY-axis as in

the 2D screen display, move the cursor to the RPM wanting to me the

changes with the LEFT/RIGHT switch and change the setting value with the

UP/DOWN switch. The changes in the setup will take effect in real time by

the fuel control.

③ By pressing the ENTER switch will end the setting mode.

※It will return to the previous operation and the changes will be canceled, if

the LEFT switch is pressed before confirming the control channel. Moreover,

the changes will also be cancelled if it is kept without any operation for over

5 seconds. (Time out)

[Cautions]

There are not any functions that will return to the previous operation by pressing the

LEFT switch or any time out function during making the changes (setting) in the

preset value. The changes in the preset value will take effect in real time by the fuel

control.

(5) When the engine stall prevention setup is effective

If the Airflow prevention function is in effect, the set increase/decrease value of

the Airflow at a specific RPM will not take effect for 0.5 seconds. (Expressed with

0 value) See Fig 4.
