25. CLONE COPY (Clone Creation)

All the data files and contents of a setting can be copied from one R-FIT to another R-FIT.

It can share setting data from friends and copy setting data with vehicles tuned with same components as one

pleases.

① Two R-FITs are prepared, and the optical ports are faced together.

Face the optical ports together as shown.

② Select the CLONE COPY function at the MAIN MENU on both of the R-FITs. On the R-FIT that sends a

data, choose STENCIL and COPY on the R-FIT that receives the data. Then, select EXECUTE and press

ENTER on both R-FITs simultaneously.

③ It will return to the menu screen by selecting ＣＡＮＣＥＬ.

④ If the power supply is turned off during a copy or the optical communication is interrupted, the copy

function will not take effect. However, it will show a SUCCESS message, reboot itself and go back to the

MAIN MENU if the CLONE COPY function was a success.

26. RESET (Reset)

It will reset the entire configuration to the time of purchase.

① To display the RESET MODE, select and enter [RESET] by scrolling up or

down at the MAIN MENU and press enter to shift the display.

② Scroll Up or Down to select from [EXECUTE] or [CNACEL], then press

enter to confirm.

※ Selecting [EXECUTE], the display will shift to the opening display.

※ Selecting [CANCEL], the display will shift back to the MAIN MENU.

27. Other

（１） Demonstration function

It will become demonstration mode by simultaneously pressing UP and turning the ignition ON. In this case

nothing will be able to function. Press DOWN and start the ignition simultaneously to end the demonstration

mode.

（２） Extension harness

An optional extended harness (purchased separately) may be needed on vehicles with the ECU equipped in the

engine compartment.
