Reverse above sequence of operations for assembly.
Install cover, valves and inside part of lid and cover.
 Make sure to install valves the right way.
Turn eccenter until piston rod reaches upper dead center.
 Max. piston rod stroke.
 Pull 4 ea. hex-recessed straight screws diagonally
(hand-tight) (e.g. in the following sequence


) , thereafter torque to 10 Nm.
Check serviceability of pump heads
Gauge pressure at intake port.
With an adequate vacuum gauge reading at the intake end
should be less than 90 mbar.
 If not, check housing once more. Check correct seating
of valves and diaphragms (in-line with hole in housing).
Install flexible connection:
turn fitting into hose with box-end spanner (SW 15).
Pull tight coupling ring by hand, thereafter pull tight with
one revolution (use special tool).
Pump does not reach final pressure specified:
 After having replaced diaphragm or valves, pump will need several hours until reaching the
pressure specified.
If after having replaced diaphragm or valves, actual values are off nominal, nothing will change by
breed-in.
First inspect screwed fitting of hoses on pump heads. As required, loosen screwed fitting and do
one more revolution on elbow.
