How to Reset/Override Interlocks

The Interlock Reset/Override function allows you to enter Manual Command
mode, apply hydraulic pressure, and reposition the actuator during an interlock.
This function is typically used to manually bring an actuator back into its
calibrated range.

Note

The handset Reset/Override key performs the same function as the
Reset/Override button in the Station Manager window.

Applying hydraulics can result in sudden actuator motion.

A moving actuator can injure anyone in its path.

Always clear the actuator area before applying hydraulics.

1. On the handset, press

(Exclusive Control).

2. Press

(Reset/Override).

Each time you press Reset/Override, the interlocks are overridden for 10
seconds. For example: 10 presses=100 seconds.

3. The Interlock indicator blinks to indicate that the interlocks are overridden.

The Reset/Override display shows the override timer status (100 seconds in
the following example).

4. When the Reset/Override timer times out, the override stops and the

system will attempt to reset any interlocks.
