Connect the Remote I/O Terminal Connector
Refer to the following information when connecting the Remote I/O
terminal connector to the 1791R block I/O.
1. Connect the Remote I/O female 3-pin connector to the terminal
connector as shown below.
2. Connect the terminal connector to the Block. Use the side screws on
the terminal connector to fasten it to the Block.

WARNING
If you connect or disconnect the serial cable with
power applied to this module or the serial device on
the other end of the cable, an electrical arc can occur.
This could cause an explosion in hazardous location
installations. Be sure that power is removed or the area
is nonhazardous before proceeding.
