– Injection valve 2 (28-C) in position Inject.

With the eluent flow (28-3) the analyte ions retained on the pre-
concentration column (28-D) are rinsed onto the separation col-
umn (28-E).

The sequential suppression with the MSM (28-F) and the MCS fol-
lows after the separation.
