• PresencePLUS Pro software version (to find version number, click Help in the Main Menu toolbar and choose
About)
• Operating system of your PC
• Controller and camera Model Numbers and Date Codes:
- Controller Model Number is on top of controller, Date Code is either on the bottom or the side.
- Camera Model Number is on top of camera, Date Code is on the non-labeled side.
• Exact wording of any messages that appeared on your screen
• A description of what you were doing and what happened
• A description of how you tried to solve the problem
