Scope
These instructions cover the upgrading of the power supply to a higher output amperage system. Presently a 400
amp output is the maximum that can be achieved.
Installation and service of this equipment is restricted to properly trained personnel; unqualified personnel are strictly
cautioned against attempting repairs or adjustments not covered in this manual, at the risk of voiding any Warranty.
Read these instructions thoroughly. A complete understanding of the characteristics and capabilities of this equip-
ment will assure the dependable operation for which it was designed.
Included parts:
• Tie-Lok Clamp
• XT or XT-301 Mounting Tube Rear Cap
• Braided Shield Extension (XT-300 only)
• Instruction Sheet
Tools you will need:
• Wire Cutter or Tin Snips
• 5/16" Nut Driver or Socket Wrench
• Electrical Tape
• Puncture resistant gloves
WARNINGS
Disconnect primary power at the source before performing any inspection or repairs.
Only a qualified technician should perform this procedure.
Follow the electrostatic discharge instructions included with the component to prevent damage to the
component.
