Route Y-Harness

Refer to Figure 33 and Figure 34
Four cable tie mounts

and four cable ties

are

provided to secure the Y-harness as needed. Locations
shown in the illustrations are approximate. The size of
the mounts is exaggerated.

Choose a harness routing that is clear of chains,
sprockets, rotating shafts, and allows some slack along
the entire length of the harness.

Select one:

890-692C LIGHT HARNESS, 6’ WISHBONE

Mate the center 4-pin connector of the Y-harness to
the free end of the lighting lead @.

7.

Route the leads with 3-pin connectors to near the
lamp mounting holes. The LH and RH leads are
distinguished by a label “LEFT” on the left lead.

8.

Route the 3-pin connector end through any available
hole or gap near the lamp assembly mounting
location, as long as it meets these criteria:

Note: Defer installing cable ties until after the lamp

assemblies have been installed and tested.

• the hole is large enough for the connector, and;

• there is no rotating shaft end on the hole

center-line, with the shaft end within 2 inches of
the hole.
