Installing the Tires

Refer to Figure 1-5:
The tires are to be installed so that dish in rim goes to the

inside.

As illustrated in Figure 1-6, tighten the lug nuts securely in
order.

Remove the blocks and lower the cart to the ground.
Check air pressure in tires and inflate to value listed in the
Tire Inflation Chart in the “Appendix” section starting on
page 54.

Hitch, Safety Chain, & Jack

Raise the tongue off the ground until the jack slides into
the jack stob (#1). Place the jack (#2) in the stob and se-
curely pin (#3). With the drill on level ground adjust the jack
until the side rails of the frame are level. There are three
sets of holes in the tongue (#4), with the reversible hitch

NOTE: The electric clutch anti-rotation tang must be
a loose fit over the stop bolt. If the clutch shaft is
moved to adjust the chain tension be sure to check
the stop bolt. The stop bolt can be moved in its slot to
ensure a loose fit or to get greater chain adjustment
if needed. It is very important that the bolt is not tight
against either end of the slot in the clutch tang to en-
sure long clutch life, refer to Figure 1-4
