Flip Over Wing Assembly
On models 7341-7344, the cylinder
mount/hinge (1) Figure 4, is bolted to the wing
by two 5/8 x 3 x 5½ u-bolts (2) using lock
washer and hex nuts. Attach the connecting link
(3) with 1 x 3 hex bolt (4) and 1” two-way lock
nut. Use a ¾ x 5 hex bolt (5) with lock washer
and hex nut to attach the outside of the cylinder
mount/hinge (1) to the wing frame and wing
brace bar. The inside hinge (6) is attached with
one 5/8 x 3 x 5½ u-bolt (7) along with the
blocking stub (8) using 5/8 x 2 hex bolts (9),
lock washers and hex nuts.
Attach the flip over wing (1) Figure 5,
to the wing frame using 1 x 4½ headed pins (2),
1” machine washers and 3/16 x 2 cotter pins.
Install the 180 degree rocker (3), bulge side
outward, with the 1 x 3 headed pin (4) along
with 1” machine washer and 3/16 x 2 cotter
pins.
