Replacing the Video Card/Thermal-Cooling Assembly
1.
Align the video card/thermal-cooling assembly over the connector and screw holes on the system board.
2.
Press down on the "PUSH HERE" label on the video card/thermal-cooling assembly.
3.
Tighten in consecutive order the four captive screws, labeled "1" through "4", on the video card/thermal-cooling assembly.
4.
Connect the video cable to the connector on the video card.
5.
Replace the right hard drive (see

).
6.
Replace the top cover (see
Replacing the Top Cover
).
7.
Replace the cosmetic covers (see
Replacing the Cosmetic Covers
).
8.
Firmly attach the keyboard to the computer and close the display (see
Closing the Display
).
9.
Turn the computer upside down and replace the system battery (see
Replacing the System Battery
).
