1.
Attach the left fan to the computer frame using three M2.5 x 5-mm screws.
2.
Route the left fan cable under the notch on the frame.
3.
Connect the left fan cable to the system board connector (JFAN1).
4.
Attach the right fan to the computer frame using three M2.5 x 5-mm screws.
5.
Route the right fan cable under the notch on the frame.
6.
Connect the right fan cable to the system board connector (JFAN2).
7.
Replace the top cover (see
Replacing the Top Cover
).
8.
Replace the cosmetic covers (see
Replacing the Cosmetic Covers
).
9.
Firmly attach the keyboard to the computer and close the display (see
Closing the Display
).
10.
Turn the computer upside down and replace the system battery (see
Replacing the System Battery
).
