Replacing the Camera Module
WARNING: Before working inside your computer, read the safety information

Procedure
1 Align the tabs on the camera module with the slots on the camera assembly and
snap the camera module into place.
2 Connect the camera cable to the camera assembly and place the camera on the
display bezel.
3 Replace the screws that secure the camera assembly to the display bezel.
Postrequisites
1 Follow the instructions from step 3 to step 17 in "Replacing the Display Panel" on
page 96.
2 Replace the processor heat-sink fan. See "Replacing the Processor Heat-Sink Fan"
on page 52.
3 Replace the inner frame. See "Replacing the Inner Frame" on page 50.
4 Replace the system-board shield. See "Replacing the System-Board Shield" on
page 32.
5 Replace the I/O panel. See "Replacing the I/O Panel" on page 41.
6 Replace the stand. See "Replacing the Stand" on page 22.
7 Replace the trim cover. See "Replacing the Trim Cover" on page 20.
8 Replace the back cover. See "Replacing the Back Cover" on page 18.
9 Follow the instructions in "After Working Inside Your Computer" on page 13.
