Replacing the Microphone Modules

Procedure

1

Align the microphone modules with the microphone-module socket and insert the
microphone modules into the microphone-module socket. Ensure that the
microphone modules are secured by the tabs on the microphone-module socket.

Connect the microphone cables to the microphone modules.

Postrequisites

1

Follow the instructions from step 3 to step 17 in "Replacing the Display Panel" on
page 96.

Replace the processor heat-sink fan. See "Replacing the Processor Heat-Sink Fan"
on page 52.

Replace the inner frame. See "Replacing the Inner Frame" on page 50.

Replace the system-board shield. See "Replacing the System-Board Shield" on
page 32.
