Remove both tank bolts from front of tank (Fig 5).
Gently raise fuel tank up and support with a suitable
object then disconnect fuel line by sliding the red lock and
gently pulling fuel line off of the nipple (Fig 6).
Disconnect fuel pump connector located on the LH
behind fuel tank and 10mm bolt from tank pivot (Fig 7)
and remove gas tank.
You will be placing the JUICE BOX™ behind the battery
underneath the seat bracket (Fig 8). Routing the JUICE
BOX™ harness towards the injector securing it along the
main harness.

starting installation. Make sure the vehicle and exhaust system are completely cool
before starting the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure during installation.
Be sure to save all stock components for possible use later.
This Juice Box is legal for use on Emissions Controlled street and highway vehicles.
The Juice Box™ is not applicable, nor inteded for use on aircraft.

Make sure the vehicle is completely cool before starting
the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure and
will not roll around.
Remove the LH side panel by removing the Allen bolt (Fig
1) and gently pulling towards you to release it from the
rubber grommets. (Fig 2)
Remove the RH side panel by removing the 3 Allen bolts
(Fig 3).
Remove the seat bolts from both sides (Fig 4) and remove
seat.
