Lift rear of the gas tank high enough to gain access to fuel

line connector and electrical connectors. Support with

foam from TBR pipe packaging. Disconnect the white and

black connector and the fuel line and remove gas tank.

(Fig 5)

Remove four Phillips screws from air box then remove

the cover and attached hose. Disconnect the air temp

(black) and 2nd air solenoid (blue). (Fig 6)

Place a clean rag or towel over the openings of the

throttle body. Remove four 5mm Allen bolts, disconnect

any attached hose and remove air box assembly. (Fig 7)

Mount the JUICE BOX™ in the front or the back of the

motorcycle. Route the JUICE BOX™ wires towards

the injectors (Fig 8) and disconnect the OEM injectors

connectors and plug in the JUICE BOX™ connectors in

place of the OEM connectors on both cylinders. (Fig 9)

NOTE: Re check your wire routing and JUICE BOX™

location and make certain that in no way the wires can

come into contact with any moving parts or high heat

source and that the JUICE BOX™ is mounted in a way as

to not cause a handling problem with the machine.

technician. If you have any doubts as to your ability to install this performance part,

please consult with your local motorcycle dealer. Read all instructions first before

starting installation. Make sure the vehicle and exhaust system are completely cool

before starting the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure during installation.

Be sure to save all stock components for possible use later.

The Juice Box™ is legal ONLY for closed course race vehicles. The Juice Box™ is not

applicable, nor inteded for use on EMISSIONS CONTROLLED street, highway or off-road

vehicles. The Juice Box™ is not applicable, nor inteded for use on aircraft.

Make sure the vehicle is completely cool before starting

the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure and

will not roll around.

Remove seat.

Remove Phillip screw from left and right side panels.

Remove both side panels. (Fig 1)

Remove six 4mm Allen bolts that hold left and right

painted side panels on. (Fig 2) Remove both side panels.

Remove two 10mm bolts at the rear of the gas tank. (Fig

3) Remove the plastic screw located near the front of the

tank. (Fig 4)

- 8mm & 10mm Wrench or Sockets
- 4mm & 5mm Allen Wrenchs
