This preinstalled program connects you to a
Customer Support Representative. SOS is
available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for
90 days after the original date of purchase.
Connect your modem before you call, so the
representative can access your system if
necesseiry. “Calling SOS” on page 75 describes
how to use the SOS software.
You can call and speak with a Sony Customer
Support Representative without using your
computer by calling 1-888-4SONYPC
(1-888-476-6972). Software support is available 24
hours a day, seven days a week for 90 days after
the original date of purchase.
