Setting the clock

• The menu disappears
automatically if you don't
proceed for more than a few
minutes.

Set the time and date to use the timer feature for recording programs.
When you set up your VCR for the first time, you can set the clock using
the EASY SET UP button (pages 9,11,13 and 15). You can also set the
clock using the menu.

Press MENU.
The main MENU appears on the TV
screen.
Press the CURSOR { ^ 1 ^ ) buttons to
move the cursor (I) to CLOCK SET,
then press EXECUTE.
Set the month using the CURSOR
buttons.
Press CURSOR ^ to highlight the
day. Set the day using the CURSOR
('t/4^) buttons.
The day of the week is set automatically.
Press CURSOR ^ to highlight the
year. Set the year using the
CURSOR buttons.
6 Press CURSOR ^ to highlight the
hour. Set the hour using the
CURSOR buttons.
