This feature lets you reeord over the normal
audio traek. The monaural sound previously
reeorded is replaeed while the original hi-fi
sound remains unehanged. Use this feature
to add eommentary to a tape that you have
reeorded with a eameorder.
Before you start...
• Open the t LIGNE-2 G O Djacks cover on
the front panel and eonneet a playbaek souree.
• Turn on the TV and set it to the video ehannel.

Insert a souree tape into your stereo system (or the playbaek VCR).
Seareh for the point to start playbaek and set it to playbaek pause.
Insert a prereeorded tape with its safety tab in plaee into this (reeording)
VCR. Seareh for the start of the seetion to be replaeed and press
X (pause).
The VCR enters pause mode.
Press DOUBLAGE SON.
“A DUB” and theO indieator appears in the display window.
To start editing, press the X (pause) buttons on this VCR and the stereo
system (or other VCR) at the same time.
After you use this feature, the audio in playbaek mode is automatieally
set to monaural.
