8.3. Replacing the Lithium Battery
The HDD, the expansion cards, the fuse and the Lithium battery are located in an
“OPERATOR ACCESS AREA”. The area behind the access door (Error! Reference
source not found., pos. 2) designed as “OPERATOR ACCESS AREA” may only be
opened for installing/removing of HDD’s, expansion cards, or checking/replacing
the fuse, or replacing the Lithium battery by qualified specialist personnel
according to the description in this user’s guide.
Before replacing the Lithium battery, the system has to be shut down properly,
switched off and disconnected from the power source.
The ETX baseboard is equipped with a Lithium battery. To replace this battery, please proceed as
follows:
