To mount the system to a wall or to a panel, follow these steps:

1. Depending on the dimension of the display enclosure of your system, cut a hole in the

panel/wall (refer to the outline and mounting drawing that is correct for your unit type for the
panel cut-out dimensions. The OmniClient outline and mounting drawing can be found on our
web site

www.kontron.com

). The panel where you intend to attach the system must be

accessible from both front and rear side.

2. The system must be turned off and disconnected from the power source and peripherals.
3. Insert the system into the panel cut-out from the panel/wall front.
4. In order to ensure the protection class IP65 on the front side in the installed condition, the

contact surface with the seal must be clean and flush.

5. Hook the mounting clamps with screws (Error! Reference source not found.15, pos. 1 and 2)

from the rear side of the panel into the corresponding pairs of slots of the Display enclosure
(Fig. 12 and 13 item 6, and Fig 14 item 4 with matching slots on the bottom side as seen in Fig
15).

6. When mounting clamps are assembled correctly in the correct quantities and locations, the

unit must look like Fig. 15.

7. The system must be attached firmly with the screws (refer to Error! Reference source not

found.2 for the mounting requirements).
