Perform a preliminary system operation check
A preliminary check enables you to see how all of the components work together, and to
confirm that all components work properly in your facility.
Before you install the equipment, it is strongly recommended that you connect all of the
Acuity LT System components in the order specified in this section.
To connect the Acuity LT System components
1.
Choose a suitable location with available power and a large desk or table, such as a
conference room or office.
2.
Assemble the Acuity LT System equipment, including a Micropaq, Propaq LTR or
wireless Propaq CS patient monitor.
It is not necessary to assemble the following equipment for this preliminary check:

3 Ground cables (Items D3 and G1)
•
2 Mounting brackets (Items E3)
•
Modem and accessories (Items H and H1 through H5)

page 21
